Lacto Capsule contains 3 types of lactic acid bacteria that promote health and beauty:

Lacris TM-S - a daily dose contains 200 million of these lactobacilli. The bacteria themselves have a protective membrane, therefore they are resistant to heat and stomach acid.

Lactic acid bacteria of plant origin nanotype (a daily dose contains 120 billion bacteria) — Restores the intestinal microflora of those who do not always eat regularly or healthily.

Lactic acid bacteria producing hyaluronic acid (about 660 million pieces per daily dose).

In order for good bacteria (probiotics) to take effect, they need proper nutrition from prebiotics - these work in combination to help gut bacteria.
