We only stock genuine and authentic items, sourced directly from the brands we work with – so you can be sure the item you receive is 100% genuine.

All products on Althea are newly manufactured and normally have up to 2-3 years shelf life. Some products will have the manufacturing or expiring date on the packaging so you will be able to check them once they arrive.

Ensure all cosmetic products are kept in cool, dry places away from any harsh direct sunlight as this can alter the formulation of your product, making it spoil sooner than it should.

You can rest assured that shopping with Beauty Ninja is safe. We’re fully compliant with the data protection act so we care about keeping your details secure.

Once you’ve found the product you want, you’ll need to click ‘Add to Cart’. You can either carry on shopping or click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page if you’ve got everything you need; this will give you the option to checkout.

If you have any addresses or payment options saved to your account then these will automatically display in the checkout, making it quick and easy to complete the order. Otherwise you’ll need to enter the details manually.

Check everything is correct and you’re good to go. We’ll send you an email as soon as the order is on its way.

Once you have placed an order with us our team will work hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order. Once you are charged we are unable to cancel your order. 

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

Once you have placed an order with us our team will work hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order.  Once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process and make any amendments.

Sorry but once an order has been placed we are unable to add an additional order to that same order as payment and process will begin. Also We cannot change the option of an order that has already been placed. To add other items, please place a new order.

We only accept payments in USD, and the charged amount can differ from the paid amount due to exchange rate. There is no reimbursement for the differences in the amount. 
Coupons can only be redeemed at the time you place an order. It is not possible to apply a coupon after you have placed an order.             
If you believe we have sent you a wrong item, kindly reach out to our help team at support@beauty-nj.com with the order number, the item's name and a photo of the incorrect item received. We will look into it ASAP and will be contacting you to resolve the problem.
As soon as you discover a fault, kindly reach out to our help team at ​​support@beauty-nj.com with the order number, the item's name, and a photo of the broken item. Please do not discard the item and its original packaging as we might need it to be returned. 
If an item is missing, kindly reach out to our help team at support@beauty-nj.com with the order number and the missing item's name. We will look into this as quickly as we can.
Due to the characteristics of Online the image of the product may appear differently depending on the monitor screen setting. Therefore, an exchange or refund of the product is not possible for this reason.    
Free gifts and samples are limited in quantity. Therefore, if they are out of stock at the time of shipment we won't have any available.

Unfortunately our gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be canceled or returned.

We offer free shipping for orders from $250 (USD) and up.

For all other orders shipping costs $20 (USD) regardless of your country or weight of the order.

A note for international customers: Beauty Ninja is not responsible for any customs duties or fees assessed to your order. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are shipped via EMS service. 

The number of days listed in the table shows the average time required for EMS delivery to the designated destination country or area.

Please note that the actual number of delivery days may differ from that listed in the table if the EMS article requires more time for customs clearance or the destination is in a remote area.The number listed in the table only indicates the average time required for normal delivery and does not in any way guarantee the exact number of days required for delivery.

*During high volume periods, like a sale, the processing time may increase. 

*While we do our best to meet these time frames, during busy periods there may be some changes and deliveries may take longer. There may also be situations, (including but not exclusive to poor weather conditions, custom delays, local postal delays and tech updates) which result in a longer delivery. 

There are instances where packages may be held by customs due to individual country's or region's import regulations regarding freight type, taxability, or limit restrictions. 

We do not possess the authority to make any inquiries or confirmations with local customs on behalf of our customers. Please inquire directly with local customs. If customs will not let your package through, please provide our customer support team with a written notice from customs.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs duties which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for import clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Beauty Ninja has no control over these charges nor can Beauty Ninja predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Customs duties and taxes that are levied by the destination country as a result of international shipping are the recipient’s responsibilities.

Please be aware that any customs clearance-related charges are the responsibility of the customers, even for free shipping promotion orders!

What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?

Please take extra care when entering your shipping instructions at checkout as once an order has been placed, we only have a short space of time in which to amend an address and sadly if your parcel has already been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping address for you. 

If you find that you have entered the incorrect address, please contact our Customer Service team support@beauty-nj.com with your order details and your correct address information. We will try to help you as much as we can!

My order has still not arrived. What should I do?

If your order has still not arrived after an expected delivery time, please contact our support team and provide us information about your order as much as possible and we will be able to assist you. 

Can I get a refund for the returned package?

We do not provide a refund for following returned packages:

- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses

- Packages unclaimed by addressees

- Unsuccessful delivery due to insufficient information (e.g - obscure recipient's name, address)

- Unsuccessful delivery due to absence of addressees

- Please keep following up with the tracking update and if customs clearance gets delayed, 

please contact local customs as soon as possible and claim the parcel.
