How to use:
When making a purchase, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.
The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
* When purchasing a gift card for someone else, please note that you will receive the gift card email. To ensure the recipient receives the eGift card, simply forward the gift card email to their preferred email address.
We ship internationally from our warehouse here in Tokyo. We use the services of third-party delivery service providers, namely, Japan Post (EMS) and Airmail, for shipping all the orders placed by our customers. View our entire policy here.
Every skin is different, therefore, no returns are accepted simply on the account that the product had an adverse reaction on your skin, or did not provide you any particular kind of results that you were expecting.
