Yes! We source all products directly from Japanese brands, ensuring 100% authenticity.
In Japan, expiration dates are usually not printed on cosmetics unless required (e.g., food or medicated products). However, we keep small stocks and order directly from manufacturers to ensure you get the freshest products. Most items have a shelf life of 2–3 years when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Orders & Payments

Orders ship within 1–5 business days (we often order directly from manufacturers to ensure freshness). Once shipped, delivery takes 5–10 days, but times may vary due to customs or other delays.
Once an order is placed, we process it immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel, amend, or add items after checkout.
Once your order is received you will receive a confirmation email. In that email there will be a link to track and trace your package. Log into your account to check order status or track shipments using your tracking number here.

We accept payments in USD. Differences may occur due to exchange rates, and we do not reimburse them.
Coupons must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Shipping
- Free for orders over $250 USD
- Flat rate $15 USD for all other orders.
We ship to over 60 countries, including the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and most of Europe and Asia. See our shipping page for the full list.

Customs will sometimes ask for an invoice and we will provide. Customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Contact your local customs office for assistance.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email info@beautyninja.me ASAP. Otherwise, we cannot change the address.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact info@beautyninja.me for assistance.
If your package is returned as unclaimed or due to an incorrect address, you can:
- Request a refund, but we will deduct a $15 USD shipping fee
- Have it reshipped by paying an additional $15 USD shipping fee
We can refund you for the products but will deduct the shipping fee for:
- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed packages
- Delivery failures due to incomplete info
